There is a great lack of professional attention at this store. After committing to an agreed storage set-up, they changed their policy without notifying, causing extra expenses. Then, after contacting them about this situation, they offered to honor the original agreement, but then did not follow through. What I mean is that the office was claiming they had no information about a refund, and the corporate manager went radio silent in communication. This is not how you handle miscommunication situations caused by the staff. Be aware that the cost and moving agreements you make can apparently change without notification. Would not recommend this site.
I'm planning on moving in late October and I called around to different storage companies to get an idea of things. I spoke on the phone with Jonasia. Who was very professional and helpful , and answered all my questions. Will be going to store with public storage in October. Excellent customer service!!!!
Very positive experience renting a unit here. Joanne was professional, courteous, and helpful. There are other facilities in the area. Based on our dealings today, we would recommend this location.
